With our website, we aim to promote public discussion about new technologies, weapons systems, and action strategies. Remote-control technologies and energy weapons have long been in use. Instead of conventional ammunition, they fire high-energy electromagnetic pulses that can injure and kill. There are no laws or protective measures for the public regarding these technologies and weapons systems.

The fact is that, according to international scientists, people's brains can be attacked remotely with "psychotronic weapons." These weapons cause serious health damage. Furthermore, they put you under surveillance by the government, military, intelligence agencies, and corporations. Presumably, target individuals are secretly used as test subjects in electronic weapons testing, although, logically, there is no evidence for this due to secrecy.

"If you're targeted, there's virtually nothing you can do," says William Binney, former NSA technical director and whistleblower. The NSA is the U.S. National Security Agency, one of 15 U.S. intelligence agencies.

Over 300 victims have posted on our website with urgent pleas for help. The victims experience the worst, unimaginable torture day and night and can barely bear the pain. The perpetrators control the neuroweapons and technologies and know that there are no laws or protections against radiation torture.

As victims, we know from our own experience what it means to be persecuted, tortured, abused, and severely injured day and night with pulsed radiofrequency energy. It's no longer a life worth living. The sum of the years of life lost due to targeted radiation and the years lived with disabilities due to irreversible injuries are irreparable. We are also risking our lives because of our research and our attempts to raise awareness!

The federal government, the military, and the three intelligence agencies in Germany claim they have no knowledge of this decades-long crime against humanity and therefore see no need for action. They either ignore the numerous scientific studies, including those conducted by the Fraunhofer Institute and many other international research institutes, or deny the media coverage of the "Havana Syndrome" that has been going on for years. Scientists and renowned medical professionals worldwide say that these can only be "attacks with directed microwave energy."

I worked as a self-employed management and HR consultant in Frankfurt am Main for over 20 years.

At the same time, I was a volunteer guest lecturer for several years at the Reutlingen University of Applied Sciences, one of the leading universities of applied sciences for international and business-oriented academic education.

On my website, I am supported by a competent team, all of whom have been affected for years. Together with globally active victim groups and alliance partners from institutions and academia, we are systematically seeking solutions to clarify and expose these inhumane crimes.

We report on protective measures and shielding materials. No sales! We talk to numerous different people who are going through the same thing, because others don't understand. Our motto is: those affected advise those affected, because that's the best way to help. We offer victims an information and exchange platform, since there is no official contact point for attacks with "electromagnetic energy weapons."

Citizens in Germany have a guaranteed right to freedom and a right to be protected from crimes such as torture by the public prosecutor. However, according to the Federal Agency for Civic Education in Bonn, the public prosecutor may only act according to the principle of legality, which states: "An act can only be punished if the criminality was determined by law before the act was committed" (Article 103, Paragraph 2 of the Basic Law). Both the prerequisites for criminality, the so-called elements of the offense: "no crime without law," and the consequences of criminality must be determined.

Due to a lack of evidence, which is fundamentally impossible due to the lack of insight into the secrecy surrounding the technologies and weapons systems used, the public prosecutor's office has had to dismiss hundreds of charges to date. This is the real dilemma! In the digital age, however, there are new criminal phenomena that are not covered by any law. For example, technologies and weapons systems that allow people to be tormented, tortured, and even killed from a distance.

Over the past 60 years, revolutionary weapons have been developed that affect human health. These new weapons are unlike anything humans have ever conceived. These are systems that pierce the very core of human beings.

Victims are summarily declared mentally ill. The fact that citizens are being attacked with electromagnetic radiation weapons is strenuously denied by those responsible. This is only a pity when, at the same time, the Federal Ministry of Defense has patents for detecting microwave weapons. We also refer to numerous expert reports that impressively reproduce the radiation from an energy weapon with an infrared camera in a video film.

The fact is that innocent citizens in Germany are being attacked with laser and microwave weapons controlled by computers and modern satellite technology. Unfortunately, the public prosecutor's office has no knowledge of modern technologies and lacks the necessary tools to even begin to prosecute new types of criminal cases. That is the real dilemma.
