Federal Office for Radiation Protection - Electromagnetic fields

The use of certain technologies – for example, the power grid and mobile communications – creates electric, magnetic, and electromagnetic fields in the human environment. These fields can be described by their strength (amplitude), their oscillation (wavelength), and their oscillation frequency. A distinction is made between high- and low-frequency fields; like optical radiation, they belong to the category of non-ionizing radiation. Unlike ionizing radiation – for example, X-rays – the energy of this radiation is not sufficient to electrically charge – or ionize – atoms and molecules. Nevertheless, this type of radiation can have health consequences. Various concepts serve both to protect against immediate dangers and to provide preventive measures.

  • The Round Table on Electromagnetic Fields (RTEMF) is an independent advisory and discussion body of the BfS on the topic of "Electromagnetic Fields (EMF)" under the chairmanship of the BfS.
  • The RTEMF is intended to provide advisory support to the BfS in communication on electromagnetic fields and thereby promote the transparency of scientific findings.
  • Members of the RTEMF include representatives from science, public authorities, interest groups and industry.

The Round Table on Electromagnetic Fields (RTEMF) is an independent advisory and discussion body of the Federal Office for Radiation Protection (BfS) on the topic of "electromagnetic fields (EMF)" and is chaired by the BfS. The current chair is the head of the WR department, PD Dr. Michaela Kreuzer. The office is also located at the BfS.

Electromagnetic fields (EMF) and radio frequency (RF) emissions now permeate almost every corner of modern life – from cell phone towers on school roofs to Wi-Fi routers in our homes.

The original video transcript highlights President Trump's "Make America Healthy Again" Executive Order as the first time in U.S. history that electromagnetic radiation was officially recognized in a federal investigation into America's worsening chronic disease crisis.

Warnings ignored for decades

Policy-making is "fraudulent and dangerous." Telecommunications and government agencies are accused of ignoring a growing body of scientific evidence pointing to non-thermal biological harm from electromagnetic radiation. Electromagnetic radiation has quietly become one of the most ubiquitous elements of modern life, yet policy and public awareness have not kept pace.

A phased array antenna is a phased array antenna with strong directional effect that focuses the radiated energy through the arrangement and interconnection of individual radiators.

Phased array technology uses an antenna array that allows the beam to be electronically directed in different directions. This overcomes the limited speed and reliability of a mechanically steered antenna.

Comment: This questionable progress has catastrophic consequences for all of us – beyond our imagination. Prof. Dr. Johannes Caspar states in his book, "We Data Slaves – Ways out of Digital Exploitation" – "Not knowing what others know about us documents our powerlessness in the digital age."

Superfast, super sharp: Data transfer via satellite

Social and technological progress today is digital. Data volumes are growing, and transmission speeds must therefore continually increase – worldwide and beyond.

Communications satellites provide us with access to ever-faster internet with extremely high data rates anywhere in the world. This is essential for communications, Industry 4.0, Big Data, and the mobility of the future on Earth.

The solution: light waves instead of radio waves - rapid data transmission via laser

Until now, data has been transmitted to Earth in the traditional way via radio waves. However, radio frequencies are limited, and existing capacities must be distributed. What works on Earth with light in fiber optic cables also works with laser light between satellites and ground stations.

What does laser light mean: Strong beam focusing - the diameter of the beam is very small, even at a great distance from the source; High radiation density - due to the strong focusing and the high amplification of the radiation, radiation with high intensity hits a small area.

RF stands for Radio Frequency and corresponds to the German abbreviation HF for high frequency

The RF theory was also supported by a 2014 statement from the U.S. National Security Agency (NSA), released in a worker's compensation case, which described such a weapon as a "high-power microwave system weapon that could have the capability to debilitate, intimidate, or kill an enemy over time without leaving evidence." The statement further stated: "...this weapon is designed to bathe a target's living quarters in microwaves."

Electromagnetic (EM) waves are waves of the electric and magnetic fields. Both fields are perpendicular to each other and oscillate perpendicular to the direction of propagation. They propagate at the speed of light and do not require a medium for propagation.

The electromagnetic spectrum covers a wide frequency range. The visible range lies between 380 (violet) and 720 (red) nm. Above these wavelengths lie infrared radiation, microwave radiation, and radio waves, while below these wavelengths lie ultraviolet radiation and X-rays and gamma radiation.

Comment: Interesting article by Dr. Anna Schulte-Loosen from the Fraunhofer Institute for Scientific and Technical Trend Analysis INT, in Euskirchen about:

Special hardware for artificial intelligence

Special-purpose hardware for artificial intelligence (AI) refers to computer hardware designed specifically for the use of AI applications. Compared to conventional computer hardware, such special-purpose hardware can not only accelerate the execution of AI processes, but also enables more compact and energy-efficient systems. This allows, among other things, the processing of significantly larger amounts of data and improved use of AI in mobile devices. Important current approaches in the field of special-purpose AI hardware include special-purpose hardware for deep learning, neuromorphic hardware (neuromorphic hardware refers to highly optimized electrical circuits designed for a specific purpose. They are rigid but highly efficient and are used, for example, in the processing of audio and biological signals (e.g., heart rate)), and, to a certain extent, quantum computers.

Current advances in AI have been achieved largely through the use of deep learning methods. Deep learning is based on so-called artificial neural networks (ANNs). ANNs are inspired to a certain extent by the structure of the brain and consist of a network of artificial neurons arranged in different layers. In deep learning, ANNs with many layers of neurons are used. The calculations required for deep learning can be easily parallelized, i.e., divided into independent sub-computations that can then be executed simultaneously. Therefore, graphics processors are often used for this purpose due to their specialization in such parallel calculations. However, with the help of special hardware for deep learning, performance improvements compared to graphics processors can be achieved, as the corresponding circuits are even more geared towards this application.

Quantenradar

A quantum radar is the concept of a radar-like detection system in the microwave range, in which properties of quantum physics are used on the transmitter and typically also on the receiver side in order to overcome the fundamental performance limits of conventional radar systems imposed by classical physics.

Currently, a method based on so-called quantum illumination is being primarily investigated. Such quantum illumination radars work with quantum states consisting of two entangled microwave signals, with a photon from one signal entangled with a photon from the other. These states arise in a nonlinear process through which an externally supplied pump photon continuously decays into a pair of entangled photons of lower energy. Of these two signals, one is emitted as the radar signal, while the other remains as a reference in the radar device, where it is retained by a quantum memory, such as a quantum delay line. Using a joint quantum measurement of the radiation received from the target region and the retained reference photons, any signal photons reflected from a target can be filtered out from the strong noise at the receiver thanks to the entanglement.

In principle, radar targets can be detected much more accurately than with conventional radar methods. Such quantum illumination radars also emit extremely weak, noisy signals that, from the perspective of another receiver lacking the reference signal, disappear into the background noise. Such systems are therefore barely detectable and virtually uninterruptible, making them particularly interesting from a military perspective. However, they could also be used in the civilian sector in many of today's radar applications in the future.

Who's watching you? AI can track unsuspecting victims "easily and precisely"

Von Chris Eberhart | Fox News

Artificial intelligence can be used for “stalker-like purposes,” said Kevin Baragona, founder of AI.org

Forget Big Brother. A stranger in a cafe can watch you and learn virtually everything about you, where you've been, and even predict your movements "more easily and accurately than ever before," experts say.

“All the user needs is a photo and advanced artificial intelligence technology that already exists,” said Kevin Baragona.

The technology and the threat are just as real in the United States as they are overseas, and what worries Baragona is the use of AI by government and law enforcement agencies "in secret."

CA Goldberg, a New York City-based victims' rights law firm that focuses on AI-related crimes, warned the country about the potential use of AI in stalking.

Advanced AI-powered facial recognition technology is far more effective than humans at identifying individuals in images or videos, even when the quality is poor or the person is partially obscured. Stalkers could track their victims in real time via surveillance cameras, social media, or other online sources.

Comment: We should inform ourselves about the energy weapons and electro-impulse devices the perpetrators use to torture and terrorize us.

An electro-impulse weapon, also called an electro-impulse device (EIG) or stun gun, is a generally non-lethal weapon that operates on the principle of a controlled electric shock with a high open-circuit voltage and an averagely low delivered current.

In contrast to a distance electro-impulse device (DEIG), in which electrodes are fired from a magazine at a target, this is a weapon that works exclusively upon contact and is primarily intended to inflict extreme, excruciating, acute pain on the opponent. The term "distanceless device" is also used to distinguish it. These weapons were probably invented between World War I and World War II and have since been further developed into a "less lethal weapon."

Germany is ahead when it comes to radiation weapons:

If the Bundeswehr increasingly relies on radiation weapons.

Directed-energy weapons (DEWs) are a new generation of weapons systems that can disable, damage, or destroy military targets (and, as we know, people) using concentrated energy.

Comment: Everyone should know that energy weapons are developed, produced, used, and distributed in Germany. However, the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety (BMUV) writes: "Electromagnetic radiation weapons such as lasers or microwaves only appear in movies and conspiracy theories, and that no theory in these forms is scientifically proven or logically plausible." Regarding mind control, the BMUV writes: "Some theories even claim that electromagnetic radiation can be used to specifically influence human thought and behavior." "So far, the BMUV is not aware of any causal relationships." The inaccuracies and lack of information on the part of this agency are blatant, or is everything simply being denied and covered up, and those affected vilified as conspiracy theorists?

Bundeswehr tests high-energy laser weapon against drones for the first time, Rheinmetall AG, October 27, 2022

The joint venture (ARGE) MBDA and Rheinmetall Waffe Munition GmbH is responsible for the development of the laser weapon system.

MBDA stands for Matra BAe Dynamics Aérospatiale and emerged from the predecessor companies MBB and DASA and is now a European defense company.

Drone attacks can overwhelm conventional defense systems. The German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) have now successfully tested a laser weapon for the first time during an exercise in the Baltic Sea.

"It's a big step toward operational laser weapons," the two companies said on Thursday.
